Last Home Stand

On September 26 we went to the Tiger's final homegame of the season. We didn't plan to go to the last game, it just sort of happened that way.

The Tigers ended the first inning down four runs.

Bryn ate some cheese pizza. Vaughn ate some pepperoni pizza, sans cheese. Zane ate two hot dogs and some pizza.

The Tigers made a comeback and then it started to rain.

They put the tarp on.
Zane was hungry so we got more food.
This is my change from a $20 bill.

Yummy! And only $4 a slice!

It stopped raining so they took the tarp off. The Tigers scored a lot of runs and managed to make it to 5 innings of completed play. . . .

Just in time for it to start raining again. So, out comes the tarp.Luckily, we were under an overhang so we didn't get too wet.

Since it was a school night, we decided to head for home. By the time we got to the car, the game was called. A complete game victory for the Tigers.

You don't run into these problems in hockey.
